To book, you must submit a booking form and full payment.

Bookings must be made by a registered Scout or Guide group. A leader must accompany all participants. Unfortunately, event passports will not be accepted. You must adhere to recommended ratios.

Full payment is required at point of booking. Bookings are not secured without full payment.

Payments are non-refundable. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, card or BACS.

Skiing, accommodation and catering places are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. We advise you to check availability prior to payment. Please note skiing is an additional cost of £20pp. A group leader must accompany the group in a non-participatory role.

The Sub Club Pool Party is available to Explorers and Senior section only.

This event is an extreme winter camp with unpredictable weather, please ensure your group are adequately prepared, tents pitched with extra guys, ratchets and weights. At minimum please ensure a four season sleeping bag or 3 season plus another for your participants. We are unable to refund groups that drop out of the event, we recommend event and equipment insurance.

An event guide with further information will be issued closer to the event. To help us ensure adequate parking, please ensure you fill out the travel information accurately. All road ways and specific areas must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access, please follow the instructions of centre staff and signage.

Closing date for bookings is 20 December 2023. We cannot guarantee bookings received after this date will be accepted. We reserve the right to close bookings early if maximum event numbers are reached.
