Our 120-acre estate includes 16 designated campsites, each set within expansive woodland or open field spaces—ideal for Scout and Guide group camps, DofE expeditions, or school residentials. Whether you’re bivvying under the stars or bringing your own tents, we’ve got the flexibility you need.

Each campsite offers:

Onsite toilet and shower blocks

Clearly marked footpaths

Campfire pits and altar fires available

Firewood available to purchase onsite

Sites vary in size and location, from remote woodland spots to easily accessible clearings near central facilities.


Buildings & Indoor Spaces

We offer a variety of comfortable and functional buildings to suit different group sizes and needs:

ProvidoreSleeps up to 30. Centrally located with en-suite leader rooms, a large main hall, kitchen, Wi-Fi, patio space, and a private campfire circle. Ideal for schools and youth groups looking for a self-contained base with everything on hand.

Allander Chalet – Our largest accommodation, sleeping 60. It features an industrial kitchen, leaders’ lounge, projector/DVD setup, Bluetooth sound system, drying room, en-suite rooms, Wi-Fi, and a campfire space. Perfect for larger residentials or multi-group events.

Kyle CabinAccommodates up to 38 guests. Set in a more remote part of the site, it offers stunning panoramic views of the Campsie Hills. Includes a main hall, lounge, drying room, Wi-Fi, its own campfire circle, and an adjoining campsite—perfect for groups wanting a peaceful, scenic base.

Campsie Cabins – A cosy cluster of cabins with electricity, a BBQ shelter, fridge, microwave, kettle, and picnic benches. Great for smaller groups or leaders’ accommodation, with options starting from around £40 per night.

All our buildings are ideal for school trips, Scout and Guide camps, badge work weekends, meetings, and special events. We offer bespoke packages and flexible options to suit your group’s goals and make planning easy.

With over 20 instructor-led and self-supervised activities, there’s something for every age and adventure level

Climbing & High Ropes – Pole climb, crate stack, indoor/outdoor climbing, abseiling.

Team & Challenge – Axe-throwing, laser tag, night line, sumo suits, team challenges.

Water Adventures – Kayaking, canoeing, raft building (onsite & offsite), Water Walkers, body zorbs.

Land Sports & Trails – Mountain biking (offsite), grass sledges, pedal karts, orienteering, sculpture trail.

Shooting & Archery – Air rifle range and archery field.

Bushcraft & Survival – Adventure skills for Scouts & Guides, plus survival training.

Plus: mega ball, cave activities, laser tag, and more.

Activities run all day with kit-up/kit-down sessions. Self-supervised options extend through the evening.
