1. Please review all of the activities you wish to book and ensure that your party meets the essential requirements shown at the foot of each activity page.
   
   
2. It is strongly recommended that, prior to submitting an online booking, you telephone Auchengillan (01360 770256) or send a fax (01360 771197) or an e-mail (centre@auchengillan.com) to check availability of each activity.
   
   
3. A 'first come first served' system for bookings is operated. Demand for activities usually exceeds availability. You are advised to book well in advance. Where the use of an instructor is required, it is not usually possible to offer an activity that has not been pre-booked.
   
   
4. Activity instructors are voluntary or freelance and bookings are dependent on their availability. If instructors are not available at the time you request alternative dates or times, wherever possible, will be offered
   .
5. Where outdoor activities are dependent on suitable weather conditions the decision to proceed, cancel or curtail rests with the Warden or appropriate instructor. As much notice as is possible will be given should this happen and every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the activity.
   
   
6. Parties are asked to show consideration for others by arriving punctually for activities booked. Late arrivals may result in the activity being curtailed or cancelled at our discretion and the full charge will be payable.
   
   
7. Additional charges will be made in respect of any equipment damaged by misuse or neglect.
   
   
8. Group leaders must ensure that persons undertaking activities are medically and temperamentally fit to do so and are able to meet pre-entry requirements as detailed at the foot of each activity page. We must be advised by the group leader where any doubt exists as to a person's suitability to take part in any activity.
   
   
9. Group leaders are reminded of their responsibility to ensure that parents / guardians are aware of the full range of activities which will be undertaken by their young people and that their consent has been obtained to their young people taking part.
   
   
10. In submitting an online booking group leaders are confirming their acceptance of the foregoing conditions.
    
    
11. All fees for activities must be paid prior to departure. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Greater Glasgow Scout Council’ and all payments must be in pounds sterling.

Then print off a hard copy of the form and post it to Auchengillan at the address shown.

On receipt of your booking, you will be sent a formal confirmation of sessions that you have successfully booked.
