What will it cost? BUILDINGS Charges are based on 24 hour periods or part thereof on weekdays with weekend lets being from 6pm Friday to 6pm Sunday. The Allander Chalet - £725 on weekdays and £1600 for a weekend. Providore Building (Fraser Wing) - £325 on weekdays and £795 for a weekend. The Kyle Cabin - £425 on weekdays and £950 for a weekend. Discounted rates may be available for bookings made on behalf of Groups who are members of The Scout Association or Girlguiding UK. Please contact reception to check availability. The above prices are valid until 31st March 2011.
Confirming cost and availability To confirm the cost of accommodation please contact us before submitting your provisional or firm booking. At this stage, you can also check the availability of the building(s). Please advise the name of the group/organisation on whose behalf you are making the booking enquiry. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding a possible booking and can supply further information on anything you are unsure about. Contact us with your preferred date(s) and we’ll hold a booking open for you for up to 10 days. Confirming your booking: During the 10 day period we’ll send you a booking form and an acceptance letter giving details of a deposit required. Simply send the form and deposit to us and we’ll send a receipt and confirmation of your booking. If the booking form and deposit are not received within 10 days, the booking will automatically lapse. Alternatively - if you wish to confirm a booking without first submitting a provisional booking please fill in the details on the following printable forms: Then print off a hard copy of the form and post it, with the appropriate deposit, to Auchengillan at the address shown. Final payment: The balance of all fees due must be paid prior to departure. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Clyde Regional Scout Council’ and all payments must be in pounds sterling.
