What will it cost? BUILDINGS Important note - during July and August buildings are let on on 24 hour period basis throughout the week. Charges are based on 24 hour periods or part thereof on weekdays. Weekend lets are from 6pm Friday to 6pm Sunday. The Allander Chalet - from £390 to £650 on weekdays and from £895 to £1425 for a weekend. Providore Building (Fraser Wing) - from £180 to £280 on weekdays and from £450 to £700 for a weekend. The Kyle Cabin - from £225 to £395 on weekdays and from £540 to £875 for a weekend. (Special rates apply to Scout Groups in the Clyde Regional Scout Council area only).
Confirming cost and availability To confirm the cost of accommodation please contact us before submitting your provisional or firm booking. At this stage, you can also check the availability of the building(s). Please advise the name of the group/organisation on whose behalf you are making the booking enquiry. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding a possible booking and can supply further information on anything you are unsure about. Contact us with your preferred date(s) and we’ll hold a booking open for you for up to 10 days. Confirming your booking: During the 10 day period we’ll send you a booking form and an acceptance letter giving details of a deposit required. Simply send the form and deposit to us and we’ll send a receipt and confirmation of your booking. If the booking form and deposit are not received within 10 days, the booking will automatically lapse. Alternatively - if you wish to confirm a booking without first submitting a provisional booking please fill in the details on the following printable forms: Then print off a hard copy of the form and post it, with the appropriate deposit, to Auchengillan at the address shown. Final payment: The balance of all fees due must be paid prior to departure. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Clyde Regional Scout Council’ and all payments must be in pounds sterling.
