| Directions: By road, rail or air to Glasgow and then by private hire coach (see below for details of local companies) or very limited public bus service No.8 (Glasgow - Balfron). Public bus services run from Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station and Milngavie Railway Station. The bus service is run by the First Group and is service No. 8, but this runs very infrequently. For small groups we may be able to assist with transport from Milngavie railway station in our minibus (maximum 14 passengers)- contact the centre for costs. Alternatively a more regular bus No.10 runs to Blanefield (approx 2 miles away) and again we may be able to assist small groups with transport from the village using our minibus. By Road Auchengillan’s access road is well sign-posted on the A809 Glasgow - Drymen road, O.S. Sheet 64 map ref. 518 803. If using sat nav, use post code G63 9BA.
